We crafted a design for Know Me Now that empowers communities in Oregon to reduce prison-return rates by building family-centric support systems. By focusing on clarity and compassion, we highlighted the journey of growth, transformation, and reintegration through the powerful message: "As I was. As I am. As I can be."
